Vented case for a Raspberry Pi 4

A two-part shell for the Raspberry Pi 4 that protects the board while keeping it cool, with cut-outs for USB, Ethernet, HDMI, audio, USB-C power and the microSD slot. The base carries four 2.5 mm posts on the 58 x 49 mm hole pattern, walls are 2 mm with 0.5 mm clearance around the board, and the lid snaps on with four cantilever tabs. A grid of 3 mm hex vents over the CPU and a 30 mm fan opening keep temperatures down under load.

With SpeakCAD you decide whether the lid has a fan hole, how much room a HAT needs or whether the GPIO header stays accessible, and the case is generated to match. Preview free in the browser, then adjust cut-out positions or wall thickness by replying in the chat before spending credits.
