Refund Policy

Credit top-ups and packs

Credit top-ups, and the credit packs sold until 4 October 2026, are refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of their credits were spent. Once some are spent, the rest stay on your balance and never expire.

Unused plan time

The first charge on a new subscription can be refunded within 14 days. For either refund, write to us through the contact form (topic "Refund request") using the account address; we refund to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 business days.

Moving to a bigger plan

A bigger plan replaces yours the day you pay for it. You keep every credit you have, the new plan's credits are added on top, and the remaining days of the plan it replaces are not refunded or credited.

Defective downloads

If a downloaded file is corrupt, empty or fails to open in a mainstream slicer because of a defect on our side, we restore that download. Send the model link and a short description.

Printed parts

A printed part is made to order and cannot be returned. If we cannot have your order printed or delivered, if it arrives damaged, or if it does not match the file you ordered, we refund its full price in credits at the Pro plan's rate per credit; the number of credits is shown before you pay. Printed parts are refunded in credits only, not to the payment method, except where the law requires a refund in money. Tell us within 14 days of the delivery, or of the expected delivery date, through the contact form with your order number and, for a damaged part, a photo.

Barrier disputes

If a re-download was charged although the change was a small fix in your view, tell us. We review the versions and refund the credits when the rule misfired.

What we do not refund

Downloads used on models that were generated as described but did not meet an expectation you had not written down, and charges after the 14-day window. We are happy to help you get the part right in those cases: changing numbers in the viewer is free, and small fixes re-download free.

Promotional credits

Credits granted for free (promotions, goodwill gestures) have no cash value and are not refundable.

Giveaway purchases

A giveaway Pro subscription is refundable under exactly the same rules as any other plan. Refunding or cancelling a qualifying Pro subscription withdraws the giveaway entry it created; see the giveaway conditions.
