Refund Policy

Unused credits

Credits you bought but have not used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. E-mail hello@speakcad.com from the account address; we refund to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 business days.

Defective downloads

If a downloaded file is corrupt, empty or fails to open in a mainstream slicer because of a defect on our side, we refund that credit. Send the model link and a short description.

Barrier disputes

If a re-download was charged although the change was a small fix in your view, tell us. We review the versions and refund the credit when the rule misfired.

What we do not refund

Credits spent on models that were generated as described but did not meet an expectation you had not written down, and credits used after the 14-day window. We are happy to help you get the part right in those cases: editing is free.

Welcome credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
