Privacy Policy

Who we are

SpeakCAD ("we") operates speakcad.com and app.speakcad.com. Contact: hello@speakcad.com.

What we collect

  • Account data: e-mail address and a hashed password (or magic-link login), managed by Supabase Auth.
  • Content you create: prompts, chat messages, uploaded files (images, STL, 3MF, SCAD), generated models and thumbnails. This is needed to provide the service.
  • Billing data: payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer id, the packs you bought and your credit ledger. We never see your card number.
  • Usage data: downloads, timestamps, and basic technical logs for reliability and abuse prevention.
  • Marketing attribution: if you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, we store the click id and UTM parameters in a first-party cookie for 90 days and attach them to your account so we can measure which campaigns work.

How we use AI providers

Your prompts, attached images and files, and the current model code are sent to Anthropic's API to generate models. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models. We do not use your content to train anything.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and one first-party attribution cookie. If Google Ads conversion tracking is enabled, Google's tag may set cookies as described in Google's privacy policy.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Supabase (database, auth, storage, EU region), Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Google (advertising measurement, when enabled). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and content data are kept while your account exists. You can delete models at any time; deleting your account removes your data within 30 days, except billing records we must retain by law.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data by e-mailing hello@speakcad.com. EU/UK users have the rights described in the GDPR, including lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority.
