20% of every subscription payment made by an account that signed up from your link: $2.00 per Pro subscriber a month, $5.00 per Unlimited. It applies to the first payment and to every renewal, for as long as they keep a plan. One-time Starter credits and marketplace purchases are not subscriptions and earn nothing.
For as long as the person you brought keeps paying. If they cancel and come back a year later, they are still yours: an account is tied to the link it signed up from, once and for good.
Anyone who creates a SpeakCAD account within 60 days of clicking your link, as long as they were not a member already. An existing account cannot be claimed later, and the first link a visitor clicks wins. You see how many people signed up from your link and how many pay, never who they are.
By PayPal or Wise, to the e-mail you give when you join. A commission clears 30 days after the payment (the refund window); if the payment is refunded in that time, the commission is reversed. In the first days of each month we pay every cleared balance of at least $20; a smaller balance rolls over. Your dashboard shows what is on hold, what is ready and what was paid.
No. Any SpeakCAD account can join. Knowing the product helps you recommend it honestly, and a Starter pack or one month of Pro is all it takes to see how it works.
No paid ads on the SpeakCAD name (search ads on “speakcad” or misspellings of it), no coupon or cashback sites, no spam, no fake reviews, no self-referrals. Say that you earn a commission where the law requires it (it does in most countries). Content that helps a printer owner is what works here anyway.
Affiliates earn cash instead of the invitation credits, on every payment instead of the first one. Credits you already received stay yours. The people you invite still get their 25 extra credits.
Program rules
- Commission: 20% of each subscription payment (net of VAT or sales tax where Stripe itemises it) made by a referred account, for as long as that account keeps paying. One-time purchases and marketplace sales earn no commission.
- Referred account: an account created within 60 days of a click on your link, by a person who had no SpeakCAD account before, and tied to you within 7 days of its creation. The first link clicked wins. An account is tied to one affiliate, once.
- Hold and reversal: a commission clears 30 days after the payment. A refund, chargeback or disputed payment reverses it, before or after it clears; a reversed commission that was already paid is deducted from the next payout.
- Payout: by PayPal or Wise, in US dollars, in the first days of each month, for cleared balances of at least $20. You are responsible for the taxes on what you receive, and for giving us a valid payout address.
- Not allowed: self-referrals or accounts created to collect commissions, paid search ads on the SpeakCAD name or misspellings of it, coupon and cashback sites, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading claims about the product, and hiding that you earn a commission where disclosure is required. Any of these ends the participation and voids unpaid commissions.
- We may change the rate or these rules with 30 days' notice by e-mail; commissions already earned are not affected. Either side can end the participation at any time; cleared commissions are still paid.
