Screw-lid enclosure for an 80 x 50 mm PCB

A general purpose electronics box for a custom 80 x 50 mm circuit board, with four corner posts, a screw-down lid and blank walls you can specify openings in up front. The cavity is 82 x 52 mm for 1 mm of clearance, walls are 2.5 mm, and the lid seats on a 1.5 mm recessed ledge so it sits flush. Four 4 mm pockets for M3 heat-set inserts in the corner pillars accept the lid screws, and 1 mm fillets on the outside edges make it feel finished.
