ESP32-C3 SuperMini case with BME280 sensor vents

A tiny room sensor enclosure for an ESP32-C3 SuperMini board (22.5 x 18 mm) paired with a BME280 breakout (about 15 x 12 mm). The board slides into 1 mm rails inside a 34 x 26 x 16 mm shell with a USB-C opening on one end, while the sensor sits in a separate pocket behind a wall of 1.2 mm horizontal louvres so air moves across it without heat from the ESP32 skewing the reading. Walls are 1.5 mm, the lid presses on with a friction lip, and a 4 mm hole on the back takes a screw or a 3M strip. Print the shell open-side up with no supports.
