Each blade drops into a slot 2 mm wider than the chisel and 8 mm deep, so the bolster rests on the rack and the edge hangs clear. A 15 mm front lip protects the edges. The rack is 220 mm long with a 45 degree cleat for 19 mm plywood. Print upright in PLA or PETG.
