Bambu Lab X1C purge wiper replacement blade
A replacement for the small nozzle wiper blade at the rear of the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon and P1S, which wears a groove after a few hundred hours and stops cleaning the nozzle before each print. The wiper is a 35 mm wide and 12 mm tall blade with a 1 mm rubber-like edge tapering to 0.4 mm, mounted on a 4 mm thick foot with two 3.2 mm holes on a 22 mm pitch for the original M3 screws. Print it in TPU 95A or flexible PETG, face up at 0.12 mm layers so the edge is smooth; the tapered tip is short enough to print without supports.

Model a wiper blade 35 mm wide with a 4 mm thick base 10 mm deep carrying two 3.2 mm holes 22 mm apart, a blade rising 12 mm from the base tapering from 1 mm to 0.4 mm at the edge, a 15 degree lean toward the nozzle side and 0.5 mm fillets at the base.
