Curtain track glider set
Curtain track gliders crack and stop sliding, leaving curtains bunched at one end, and matching the profile of an older track is rarely possible from a shop. Each glider is a 20 x 10 x 25 mm piece with a T-shaped head that rides in the track slot, a thin neck with 0.2 mm clearance to the slot width, and a 4 mm eye for the curtain hook. Print a full set on their sides in PETG or nylon so the neck stays flexible and slides smoothly; a rub of wax finishes the job.
Measure your slot width and track depth and SpeakCAD produces gliders that fit that exact profile, in the quantity you need for a wide window. If the head binds, ask for 0.2 mm less width and regenerate. Previewing is free and works entirely in your browser.
Create a curtain track glider 25 mm tall: a T-shaped head 12 mm wide, 4 mm thick and 8 mm long with rounded edges, a 3.8 mm wide neck 6 mm long, and a 4 mm hook eye at the bottom with 0.5 mm fillets; arrange 12 copies.
