DeWalt TSTAK lid latch clip replacement
A replacement side latch for DeWalt TSTAK II, IV and VI cases, whose clear polycarbonate latches crack at the pivot when the case is carried by one handle. The clip is 38 mm wide and 55 mm tall with a 6 mm pivot boss each side bored 4.2 mm for the steel pin, a 3 mm inward hook that catches the lid rib, and 2 mm walls. A 12 by 20 mm finger pad on the front has 1 mm raised ribs for grip. Print it on its back in PETG or ABS with 4 perimeters and no supports; the hook overhang is under 45 degrees.
