Sofa leg replacement foot, M8 stud
A missing sofa foot leaves the frame tilted and scratches the floor. Most flat-pack sofas use an M8 threaded stud, so a replacement foot is a 60 mm diameter, 50 mm tall tapered cylinder with a pocket for an M8 nut or heat-set insert, a felt pad recess on the bottom, and walls of at least 4 mm. Print it upright with 40 percent infill and 5 walls so it takes the load, in PETG for toughness. Rounded top edges keep it from marking upholstery.
SpeakCAD reproduces the height of your remaining legs so the sofa sits level, and matches the stud thread or bolt you have on hand. If your foot needs to be square or angled, describe it and iterate in the chat. The browser preview is free.
