Cabinet hinge mounting plate replacement

Concealed cabinet hinges clip onto a small mounting plate screwed to the carcass, and when the plate cracks the door sags or falls off. A standard plate is 60 x 20 x 8 mm with two 4.5 mm countersunk screw holes at 32 mm spacing, a raised rail 3 mm tall that the hinge arm clips onto, and a 0.5 mm chamfer that guides the clip. Print it flat in PETG at 100 percent infill and 6 walls, since it carries the door weight in shear.
