Window handle with 7 mm square spindle

Tilt-and-turn and casement windows use an espagnolette handle on a 7 mm square spindle; when the original breaks the window is stuck. The replacement is a 140 mm lever with a 40 mm round rosette 12 mm thick, a 7.2 mm square bore, two screw holes 43 mm apart hidden under a cover cap and a comfortable 20 mm grip. Print the lever on its side at 100 percent infill in PETG or ABS, and press the original steel spindle into the bore for strength.
