Kärcher K4 trigger gun holder clip replacement
A replacement for the clip on the back of a Kärcher K4 or K5 pressure washer that holds the trigger gun during storage and often snaps off in cold weather. The clip is a 40 mm wide saddle 30 mm deep with two 22 mm arms 1.8 mm thick that flex around the gun handle, plus a 6 mm dovetail tongue 15 mm long that slides into the machine's original slot with 0.2 mm clearance. A 45 degree chamfer at the tongue tip eases insertion. Print it tongue-down in PETG or ASA with 4 perimeters so the flexible arms have layers running lengthwise and survive winter brittleness.
