Ball Mason jar pour spout lid regular mouth 70 mm

A screw-on lid with a flip spout that turns a regular mouth Ball or Kerr Mason jar into a pourer for sugar, rice, oats or homemade dressing. The 70 mm regular mouth thread is a continuous helix, so the lid is modelled with a matching internal thread, a 0.3 mm radial clearance and a 1.5 mm flat land that presses a silicone gasket or the original flat lid. The spout is 25 mm wide with a hinged flap on a 3 mm pin. Walls are 2 mm and the lid prints thread-down without supports. Use PETG or a food-safe PLA and keep it out of the dishwasher.

Mason threads are standard but the spout width, flap and gasket depend on what you pour, which is where a generated lid wins. In SpeakCAD you describe the contents and whether you want a shaker or a wide spout, preview the lid in the browser at no charge, refine the thread fit in the chat and download the STL.
