Valve Index headset and controller wall mount

A combined wall station for the Valve Index headset and its two Knuckles controllers. The headset hangs from a 120 mm wide padded cradle that supports the front housing under the cameras, and the 5 m tether exits through a 30 mm channel behind it so the cable does not kink. The Knuckles controllers have a 22 mm wide strap plate, so two 26 mm slots on either side let each controller slide in and hang by its plate with 2 mm clearance. Base station mounts are not included. A 3 mm back plate with three 4.5 mm screw holes at 100 mm spacing takes the load; the mount prints flat on its back with 2.5 mm walls.

Index owners are used to adapting Quest accessories that do not quite fit. In SpeakCAD you describe your tether routing and whether you use the Index or Vive Pro strap, preview the mount in the browser without paying, adjust in the chat, and download the STL.
