Tesla NACS mobile connector wall holster and cable hook
A holster for the Tesla NACS plug on the Mobile Connector or Wall Connector, with a separate hook for the 6 m cable and a shelf for the control box. The NACS handle is compact, about 40 mm wide and 25 mm tall at the nose with a flat front face, so the socket is a rectangular pocket 42 by 27 mm and 45 mm deep with rounded corners and 0.5 mm clearance, plus a 3 mm relief for the release button. The plate is 120 by 260 mm and 5 mm thick, the cable hook is 50 mm wide with a 35 mm radius, and it prints flat on the back in PETG.
Tesla revised the connector nose between generations, so a downloaded holster may grip too hard. In SpeakCAD you give the measured plug, preview the holster in the browser without paying, add a Model Y adapter slot in the chat, and download the STL or 3MF.
Design a wall holster 120 mm wide, 260 mm tall and 5 mm thick with a rectangular plug socket 42 by 27 mm and 45 mm deep with 4 mm corner radii, 0.5 mm clearance and a 3 mm button relief, a 50 mm wide cable hook of 35 mm radius, and two 5 mm screw holes 200 mm apart.
