Corner bracket for 2020 aluminium extrusion
An L-shaped joining bracket for 20 x 20 mm aluminium extrusion. Each leg is 20 mm wide and 40 mm long with a 5 mm slot for an M5 T-nut bolt, a 6 mm thickness to resist twisting and a triangular web across the inside corner. Small 6 mm ribs under each leg locate in the extrusion slot so the bracket cannot rotate before the bolts are tightened. Print it flat for maximum strength across the corner.
