Sony WH-1000XM5 headphone wall hook with cable slot
A slim wall hook designed around the narrow headband of the Sony WH-1000XM5, which is only about 25 mm wide at the top and slides off a chunky gaming-headset hook. The saddle is 30 mm wide with a 50 mm radius curve and a 3 mm padded groove for a felt strip, and a 15 mm front lip stops the headphones walking forward. Beneath it a spring-shaped cable slot 5 mm wide grips the USB-C or 3.5 mm cable, and the hook works just as well for Bose QuietComfort Ultra and Sennheiser Momentum 4 headbands. The 3 mm back plate has a single 4.5 mm countersunk hole and a flat pad for a Command strip; print it flat on its back with 2.5 mm walls.
Hooks made for headsets with 40 mm bands let slim Sony headphones slide off. Describe your headband width in SpeakCAD, preview the hook in the browser without spending anything, adjust the lip in the chat and download the STL.
