Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt out-front mount for 35 mm bars
Oversized 35 mm handlebars are common on modern gravel and mountain bikes, yet most Wahoo mounts ship for 31.8 mm only. This out-front mount clamps a 35 mm bar directly, without shims, and carries a Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt v2 (77 x 47 x 21 mm) flush and level so the aero profile of the head unit is preserved. The puck follows Wahoo's own quarter-turn tab layout, the arm is 70 mm long and 9 mm thick with a hollow underside rib, and the two-bolt clamp uses M5 hardware. Print it head-face down in PETG or ASA so trail vibration never fatigues the layers.
Measuring your bar and stem and generating the mount around those numbers means no stack of rubber shims and no head unit drooping over time. Describe the clamp diameter, reach and tilt in SpeakCAD, preview the part free in the browser, adjust it in the chat, then download the STL.
Model an out-front computer mount with a 35 mm split handlebar clamp using two M5 bolts, a 70 mm long 9 mm thick arm with a ribbed underside, and a Wahoo quarter-turn puck with four tabs, 3 mm walls and 0.2 mm tab clearance.
