Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W slim snap-fit case

A minimal shell for the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W, which measures 65 x 30 mm with four M2.5 holes on a 58 x 23 mm pattern. The base has 2.5 mm pegs that locate the board without screws, a microSD slot on the short edge and cutouts along the long edge for the mini HDMI and two micro USB ports. The lid clips on with four small cantilever hooks and leaves a 40-pin GPIO slot open so a pHAT or ribbon cable still fits. Overall size is 70 x 35 x 14 mm with 1.6 mm walls, and a grid of 2 mm vents sits over the SoC. Both halves print flat with no supports.
