Raspberry Pi 5 case with active cooler cutout

A two-part snap-fit case sized for the Raspberry Pi 5, whose board measures 85 x 56 mm with M2.5 mounting holes on a 58 x 49 mm pattern. The lid has a 60 x 40 mm opening directly above the official Active Cooler so the fan draws air without any restriction, plus slots along the long side for the USB-C power, the two micro HDMI ports and the power button. The short end is open for the two USB 2.0, two USB 3.0 and Gigabit Ethernet jacks, and the underside has a slot for the microSD card. Walls are 2 mm, standoffs are 3 mm tall, and both halves print flat without supports.

A measured case beats a generic download because port slots land exactly where your board and cooler sit. In SpeakCAD you describe the case, preview it free in the browser, refine the vent pattern or add a PCIe HAT gap in the chat, and download the STL once it fits.

Design a two-part snap-fit case for a Raspberry Pi 5 board 85 x 56 mm with M2.5 standoffs on a 58 x 49 mm pattern, 2 mm walls, 3 mm tall standoffs, a 60 x 40 mm lid opening above the active cooler, port cutouts on both edges and a microSD slot underneath.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
