Raspberry Pi Pico W enclosure with header slots
A small box for the Raspberry Pi Pico W, a 51 x 21 mm board with two M2 holes on a 47 x 11.4 mm pattern and a castellated 40-pin edge. The base has two 2 mm pegs at the mounting holes, a micro USB cutout on the short end and a pocket that keeps the onboard antenna clear of plastic. The lid carries two 2.6 mm wide slots directly above the header rows so soldered pin headers pass through and jumper wires can still be attached, plus a 3 mm hole over the BOOTSEL button. Outside size is 57 x 27 x 15 mm, walls 1.6 mm, and the lid snaps on with four hooks. Prints flat with no supports.
A generic download cannot know whether your Pico has headers, a debug connector or wires soldered on. In SpeakCAD you describe the build, preview the case free in the browser, close the slots or add a 3-pin debug opening in the chat, and download the STL.
