Raspberry Pi HAT storage rack with labelled slots
A vertical rack that stores Raspberry Pi HATs, pHATs and GPIO expansion boards on their edge so pins are not bent in a drawer. Standard HATs are 65 x 56 mm, so the rack has ten 68 mm wide slots 3 mm across with 0.5 mm clearance and 12 mm tall guide fins, spaced 15 mm apart to leave room for tall components and header pins, plus a 3 mm recessed label strip along the front for tape labels. The base is 160 x 75 x 20 mm with 2 mm walls and rubber foot pockets. Each fin has a 45 degree lead-in chamfer and the whole rack prints upright without supports.
A rack tuned to the boards you own, including odd-sized Pimoroni or Waveshare HATs, beats a generic card holder. In SpeakCAD you describe the boards, preview the rack free in the browser, add wider slots for HATs with fans or a Pico section in the chat, and download the STL.
