Lezyne bike light mount to GoPro adapter

Lezyne Macro Drive, Lite Drive and Micro Drive lights slide onto a small rail on their strap bracket. This adapter reproduces that rail so the light slides straight onto a GoPro fork under a Garmin or Wahoo out-front mount, giving a clean cockpit and moving the beam ahead of the bar bag. The rail is 30 mm long with a dovetail profile you measure from your bracket, a 1 mm stop at the rear and a 0.15 mm clearance, sitting on a two-finger GoPro fork with 3 mm fingers and a 5.2 mm hole. Print it rail-up in PETG at 0.12 mm layers for a smooth slide.

Lezyne has changed the rail slightly across generations, so an old downloaded file may not click home. In SpeakCAD you type the measured rail width and height, preview the adapter free in the browser, refine the tolerance in the chat, then download the STL.

Model a GoPro to Lezyne light adapter with a two-finger GoPro fork (3 mm fingers, 3.2 mm gap, 5.2 mm hole) supporting a 30 mm long dovetail rail 12 mm wide at the top, 9 mm at the base and 4 mm tall with a 1 mm end stop and 0.15 mm clearance.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
