Shelly 1 Mini Gen3 DIN rail adapter clip
A clip that mounts a Shelly 1 Mini Gen3 relay onto a standard 35 mm top-hat DIN rail inside a consumer unit or junction box. The Shelly 1 Mini Gen3 is about 34 x 38 x 16 mm, so the adapter is a 40 x 45 mm base with a 35 x 39 mm pocket, 0.4 mm clearance, side walls 12 mm tall that leave the screw terminals and the antenna edge exposed, and a sprung DIN hook underneath with a 2 mm flex tab that snaps over the rail. Walls are 2 mm and the hook lands on the print bed so the part needs no supports. Print in PETG or ASA for the temperatures inside an enclosure.
