Makita SP6000 track saw dust port adapter 36 mm
A swivel adapter for the Makita SP6000 and DSP600 18V LXT track saws that converts the saw's oval-ish 28 mm dust chute to a round 36 mm spigot for a Festool or Bosch 36 mm hose. The saw side is a 29.5 mm bore 25 mm deep with two internal nubs that sit in the chute's bayonet notches, so it twists on and stays. The hose side is a 35.5 mm outer spigot 40 mm long with a 1 degree taper, and a 30 degree elbow between them points the hose away from the rail. Walls are 2.5 mm; print it with the hose spigot vertical in PETG, supports only under the elbow.

Create a dust port elbow with a female saw end 29.5 mm inner diameter and 25 mm deep with two 3 mm internal bayonet nubs, a 30 degree bend, a male hose end 35.5 mm outer diameter and 40 mm long tapered 1 degree, 2.5 mm walls and a 1.5 mm stop flange at the elbow.
