VESA adapter plate, 75 mm to 100 mm
A flat plate that lets a monitor with a 75 x 75 mm VESA pattern hang on an arm or wall mount built for 100 x 100 mm. It is a 120 mm square, 5 mm thick, with four 4.5 mm holes at 75 mm spacing for M4 screws into the monitor and four countersunk 5 mm holes at 100 mm spacing for the mount. The countersinks face opposite ways so the screw heads do not clash, and a 2 mm perimeter chamfer tidies it up.
Whether you need 75 to 100, 100 to 200 or an off-centre offset to clear a stand, SpeakCAD draws the plate to the spacing you type. Preview it free in your browser and, if the screws collide, ask for the holes shifted or a thicker plate in one message.
Create a VESA adapter plate 120x120x5 mm with a 2 mm perimeter chamfer. Four 4.5 mm holes at 75x75 mm spacing countersunk from the back, four 5 mm holes at 100x100 mm spacing countersunk from the front. Add a 30 mm centre cutout for cable routing.
