Knog Blinder light to GoPro mount adapter

Knog Blinder and Plus lights strap around a handlebar with an integrated silicone band, which means they cannot use the GoPro mount under most out-front computer mounts. This adapter is a short dummy bar: a 22 mm diameter, 30 mm long cylinder with a 2 mm groove that the Knog band wraps and locks into, mounted on a two-finger GoPro fork (3 mm fingers, 3.2 mm gap, M5 hole). The cylinder is hollow with 2.5 mm walls to save filament and prints fingers-up in PETG without supports.

A downloaded adapter is usually cut for one bar diameter and a different band length, so the light ends up loose or the band overstretched. Tell SpeakCAD your Knog model and the diameter the band grips best, preview the adapter free in the browser, adjust the groove depth in the chat, then download the STL.
