A thin intermediate plate that lets a circuit board with one set of mounting holes attach to an enclosure or chassis drilled for another. The plate is 3 mm thick with a footprint 10 mm larger than the board, four 2.5 mm tall standoffs with M2.5 holes matching the PCB, and four countersunk 3.5 mm holes matching the chassis. Cut-outs under tall components and a 5 mm cable slot keep it light, while 2 mm fillets on the corners avoid sharp edges in the case.
