Raspberry Pi 5 VESA 100 mount adapter plate
A plate that hangs a Raspberry Pi 5 on the back of a monitor using the 100 x 100 mm VESA holes, turning a screen into a compact desktop or kiosk. The Pi 5 board has M2.5 holes on a 58 x 49 mm pattern, so the plate reproduces those as 2.7 mm holes with 6 mm tall standoffs that hold the board and its Active Cooler 8 mm off the plate for airflow, plus four 4.5 mm slotted holes on the 100 mm VESA pattern that also accept 75 mm. A 20 mm cutout under the board clears the microSD slot and 1.5 mm ribs stiffen the 3 mm plate. Print it flat.
Standoff height and hole positions must match the exact Pi model, which a generic download often gets wrong. In SpeakCAD you describe the board and monitor, preview the plate free in the browser, add an SSD HAT gap or switch to a Pi 4 pattern in the chat, and download the STL.
Design a 3 mm thick VESA adapter plate 110 x 110 mm for a Raspberry Pi 5 with four 2.7 mm holes on a 58 x 49 mm pattern on 6 mm tall standoffs, four 4.5 mm slotted holes covering both 75 and 100 mm VESA patterns, a 20 mm microSD access cutout and 1.5 mm stiffening ribs.
