UniFi Flex Mini switch DIN rail adapter

An adapter that clips a Ubiquiti UniFi Flex Mini five-port switch onto a 35 mm DIN rail inside a network cabinet or smart home panel. The USW-Flex-Mini is 96.7 x 71.4 x 21.2 mm with two keyhole screw slots on the underside, so the adapter is a 100 x 75 mm plate with two 4 mm pegs that engage those keyholes, a 3 mm lip along the port edge and two DIN hooks underneath with 2 mm flex tabs. The front edge is open so all five RJ45 ports and the USB-C power lead stay accessible. Walls are 2.5 mm and it prints flat with the hooks toward the bed.

Rail spacing in a cabinet is fixed, but the switch's keyhole pattern is not on any generic download. In SpeakCAD you describe the switch, preview the adapter free in the browser, adapt it to a Flex Mini 2.5G or a TP-Link SG105 in the chat, and download the STL in PETG.
