IKEA Besta cable pass-through grommet for a 60 mm hole

A two-part grommet that finishes a hole drilled through the back or shelf of an IKEA Besta TV bench so HDMI and power cables pass through cleanly without chewed melamine showing. It fits a 60 mm hole cut with a standard Forstner or hole saw, with a flange 70 mm in diameter and 2 mm thick, a sleeve 59.5 mm across for a 0.25 mm fit, and a snap cap with a 25 mm cable slot that closes the opening. Six 1 mm ribs on the sleeve grip the 18 mm panel. Print both parts flange down in PETG with 1.6 mm walls; no glue is needed.

Besta backs and shelves differ in thickness from Kallax or Malm panels, and hole saw sizes vary, so a grommet generated to your panel and hole fits first time. In SpeakCAD you give the hole diameter and panel thickness, preview the grommet in the browser at no cost, add a brush insert in the chat and download the STL.
