Bosch GKS 190 circular saw dust port adapter 35 mm
An adapter that clips onto the chip ejection chute of a Bosch GKS 190 or GKS 18V-57 circular saw and gives it a 35 mm round spigot for a workshop vacuum hose. The chute is a rectangular opening about 32 by 22 mm, so the adapter starts as a rectangular sleeve 33 by 23 mm inside and 20 mm deep with a 1 mm snap lip that grabs the chute's rear edge, then lofts over 25 mm to a 34.6 mm outer spigot 35 mm long. Walls are 2 mm and the loft is smooth so sawdust does not pack. Print it spigot-down in PETG with a small support under the sleeve.
