LoRa 868 MHz antenna mast clip for 25 mm pole

A clip that fixes an SMA-mount 868 or 915 MHz LoRa whip antenna to a 25 mm pole so a Meshtastic or Helium node gets height and a clear view. The clip is a 40 mm tall saddle with a 25.4 mm bore and 0.3 mm clearance that closes around the pole with an M4 bolt and captive nut pocket, and a 6.5 mm hole in a 12 mm thick tab that takes an SMA female bulkhead, letting a short RG174 pigtail run down to the Heltec or LilyGO board. A 2 mm drain slot stops water pooling in the saddle. Print it on its side in ASA or PETG for UV resistance.

Pole diameters vary from 20 to 50 mm and a downloaded clip rarely matches yours. In SpeakCAD you describe the pole and connector, preview the clip free in the browser, change it to an N-type or a 40 mm mast in the chat, and download the STL.

Design an antenna mast clip 40 mm tall for a 25.4 mm pole with 0.3 mm clearance, a split saddle closed by an M4 bolt with a captive nut pocket, a 12 mm thick tab with a 6.5 mm hole for an SMA bulkhead connector, 3 mm walls and a 2 mm drain slot at the bottom of the saddle.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
