Cosori 5.5 L air fryer basket divider insert
A removable divider that splits the square basket of a Cosori 5.5 litre air fryer into two halves so you can cook fries and nuggets without mixing. The basket interior measures roughly 210 by 210 mm at the top and tapers, so the divider is 205 mm long, 80 mm tall and 3 mm thick with a slotted lower edge that sits between the crisper plate holes and lets hot air pass. Two 10 mm tabs rest on the basket rim. Print it flat in a high-temperature material such as PETG-CF or PA, since PLA will soften at air fryer temperatures; check your filament rating before use.
Basket sizes vary between Cosori, Philips and Ninja and between the 3.5, 5.5 and 6.4 litre models, which is why a divider measured to your basket is worth generating.
