Yeti Rambler MagSlider lid slider replacement

The magnetic slider on a Yeti Rambler 20 oz or 30 oz tumbler lid is the part that goes through the dishwasher, gets lost, and costs almost as much as a new lid. This replacement is a disc with a 3 mm pocket for a 6 x 2 mm neodymium magnet, a low-profile 8 mm thumb tab, and a lip that rides in the lid's slot with 0.2 mm clearance so it glides without leaking through the gap. Print it in PETG (food-contact grade filament recommended) with the flat top on the bed, 0.12 mm layers for a smooth slide.

Yeti has produced several slider shapes and Stanley and Hydro Flask lids use different slots entirely, so downloaded parts rarely match. Measure the slot in your lid and give SpeakCAD the width, length and rail depth, preview the slider free in the browser, refine the fit in the chat, then download the STL.

Design a tumbler lid slider 45 mm long, 22 mm wide and 4 mm thick with a 6.2 mm diameter, 2.2 mm deep magnet pocket underneath, a 1.5 mm rail lip on both long edges at 0.2 mm clearance, an 8 x 10 mm thumb tab and 1 mm rounded edges.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
