Wahoo KICKR trainer phone holder for handlebar

A cradle that clamps a 31.8 mm handlebar on the bike you keep on a Wahoo KICKR, Tacx or Elite trainer and holds a phone at 60 degrees so Zwift, TrainerRoad or the Wahoo app stay readable while you sweat. The pocket is 80 mm wide and 12 mm deep with 4 mm side arms, a 20 mm open slot at the bottom for a charging cable, and drain gaps so sweat does not pool under the phone. The clamp closes with two M5 bolts and the arm is 8 mm thick. Print it in PETG with the cradle face up; the clamp halves need no supports.

Indoor phone mounts from the shop are built for one phone size and one bar, and the rubber ones sag. In SpeakCAD you give your phone dimensions, bar diameter and viewing angle, preview the holder free in the browser, refine it in the chat, then download the STL.
