Voron 2.4 belt tension gauge and idler spacing card

A credit card sized gauge for tuning a Voron 2.4, Trident or 0.2 build: one edge is a 110 Hz reference comb for checking AB belt tension by plucking, the other has stepped notches for 6 mm GT2 belt, the 2020 extrusion slot and the 3 mm gap between XY idler stacks. The card is 85 by 54 mm and 3 mm thick with 0.6 mm embossed labels, a 5 mm lanyard hole and a 45 degree edge so it slides between belt runs; each notch is cut 0.1 mm oversize for a snug reference. Print it flat in PETG at 0.16 mm layers so the small features stay crisp.

Voron docs quote tension by frequency, and a downloaded card may not match your belt path length. In SpeakCAD you give your gantry size and belt lengths, preview the card in the browser without paying, add a Z belt notch in the chat, and download the STL.

Model a gauge card 85 mm long, 54 mm wide and 3 mm thick with a 6.1 mm belt notch 10 mm deep, a 6.2 mm extrusion slot key, a 3.1 mm feeler tab 15 mm long, a 5 mm lanyard hole, 0.6 mm embossed labels for each feature and a 45 degree chamfer along one long edge.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
