Slim case for a Raspberry Pi Pico

A low-profile shell for the Raspberry Pi Pico that guards the board and exposes only the micro USB connector and the BOOTSEL button. The Pico is 51 x 21 mm with 2.1 mm holes at 47 x 11.4 mm; the case uses 1.5 mm walls, 0.3 mm clearance, two 2 mm pegs that press into the holes and a friction-fit lid so total height stays under 10 mm. A 9 x 4 mm USB cut-out and a 5 mm button hole finish it, and side slots leave soldered header pins usable.

SpeakCAD adapts the case to a Pico W with antenna keep-out, a board with headers already soldered, or a bare one, depending on what you say. Preview free in the browser, then ask for a keyring tab, a magnet pocket or a taller version for a display.
