Rain gauge with fence bracket
Knowing how much rain fell overnight tells you whether to water, and a printed rain gauge costs less than a coffee. The gauge is a 40 mm inner diameter tube 150 mm tall with an 80 mm funnel top that concentrates rainfall for easier reading, embossed millimetre marks calibrated to the funnel ratio, and a snap-on bracket with two screw holes for a fence post. Print the tube upright in clear PETG with 0.12 mm layers so the marks stay legible.
