Pocket-hole drilling jig block

This jig guides a stepped 9.5 mm pocket-hole bit at the standard 15 degree angle into the edge of 18 mm sheet goods, for pocket-screw cabinet joints without a commercial kit. The block is about 60 x 40 x 45 mm with a fence lip that registers against the board face, two angled guide bores of 9.7 mm to leave room for a metal sleeve, and a 6 mm clamp slot. Print it on its back with 6 walls so the bores stay crisp, in PETG for wear resistance.
