Festool Domino DF 500 offset spacer set for shelf joints

A set of stepped spacers that sit under the fence of a Festool Domino DF 500 so mortises land at a fixed offset from the edge for shelf pins, drawer dividers and offset frame joints. Each spacer is 120 mm wide to span the fence, 30 mm deep with a 5 mm lip that hooks the fence's front face, and comes in 5, 10, 15 and 20 mm thicknesses labelled with 0.6 mm embossed digits. A 6 mm slot accepts the DF 500 stop pins so the spacer registers repeatably. Print in PETG or ASA at 100 percent infill with the label face up, since a soft spacer wrecks the accuracy.

Festool's own offset system is expensive and only covers set steps. In SpeakCAD you list the offsets your project needs, preview the stack in the browser without paying, add a 12 mm or 32 mm spacer in the chat, and download the STL for all four at once.

Design a fence spacer 120 mm wide, 30 mm deep and 10 mm thick with a 5 mm tall and 3 mm thick lip along the front edge, two 6 mm slots 40 mm apart for stop pins, 0.6 mm embossed thickness digits on top, and 1 mm chamfers on all edges, plus 5, 15 and 20 mm variants.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
