Soldering helping hands base

A weighted base with sockets for flexible gooseneck arms keeps small boards and wires positioned while you solder. The base is a 120 x 80 x 25 mm block with four 12.7 mm sockets that accept coolant-hose arms or alligator clip stems, a hollow underside you can fill with sand or steel shot, and 6 mm rubber foot holes so it does not skate across the bench. Print with 4 walls at 20 percent infill in PETG so a stray iron touch does not deform it.
