Ergonomic sanding block for hook-and-loop discs
This hand sanding block accepts the same 125 mm hook-and-loop discs you use on a random orbit sander, so leftover discs get a second life on edges and profiles. The block is a 125 mm round pad 10 mm thick with a raised palm grip 90 mm long, a 2 mm recess for a self-adhesive loop sheet and dust holes matching the eight-hole disc pattern. Print grip-side up with 3 walls and chamfer the rim so discs peel off easily. PETG lasts longer around solvents.
SpeakCAD builds the block to your disc size and the hole pattern of your brand, and you can enlarge the grip or add a finger groove with a quick follow-up message. You test the shape for free in the browser and only pay when you download the print file.
