Petzl headlamp mount for bike helmet vents
A plate that threads onto the elastic headband of a Petzl Actik, Tikka or Swift RL and then hooks into the vent slots of a road or MTB helmet, so the same lamp you use for camping doubles as a night-ride or commuting light. Two 25 mm wide by 3 mm slots take the headband, four hooked arms grip vent edges 20 to 30 mm apart, and the 1.8 mm thick plate curves to a 110 mm helmet radius. Print it flat in PETG, or in TPU if your helmet vents are very rounded and you want the hooks to flex on.
