LilyGO T-Display S3 case with screen bezel
A desktop shell for the LilyGO T-Display S3, an ESP32-S3 board with a 1.9 inch 170 x 320 pixel display. The board is about 62 x 26 mm, so the case is 68 x 32 x 14 mm with a 42 x 24 mm bezel opening that frames the active screen area, a USB-C slot on the short end and two 3 mm holes for the side buttons. The board rests on 1.5 mm ledges, the back cover snaps in with four tabs and a 15 degree wedge base is printed into the rear so the display leans back on a desk. Walls are 1.6 mm and both parts print without supports.
Bezel openings must be exact or the display looks crooked, and downloaded cases often target the older T-Display. In SpeakCAD you describe the board, preview the case free in the browser, add a battery cavity or a lanyard loop in the chat, and download the STL when the bezel lines up.
