Kia EV6 key fob cover with lanyard loop

A protective sleeve for the Kia EV6, Niro EV and Hyundai Ioniq 5 smart key, which shares the same 5-button fob body. The fob is about 72 by 36 by 15 mm, so the sleeve is a one-piece open-top shell with 1.5 mm TPU walls and a 0.4 mm clearance that stretches over the fob, five 7 mm button windows on the front, a 10 mm cut-out for the mechanical key release on the side and a 6 mm lanyard loop at the top corner. A 2 mm thumb tab at the base helps peel it off. Print it upright in TPU 95A at 0.2 mm layers with a 0.5 mm elephant-foot compensation.

Kia and Hyundai fobs look alike but sit half a millimetre apart, enough for a downloaded sleeve to gape. In SpeakCAD you give your fob dimensions, preview the sleeve in the browser without paying, add a remote start window in the chat, and download the STL.
