AirTag luggage tag holder with screw-closed case

A luggage tag that hides an Apple AirTag (31.9 mm diameter, 8 mm thick) inside a screw-closed case so it cannot be prised out in transit, with a loop for a cable tie or strap through a suitcase handle. The AirTag pocket is 32.2 mm across and 8.3 mm deep, the lid closes with two M2.5 screws into heat-set inserts, and the 60 x 40 x 12 mm body has a 6 x 12 mm strap slot and a recessed window for a paper name label. Walls are 2 mm and both parts print flat.

Cheap AirTag holders pop open when the bag is thrown, and downloaded files rarely include a proper screw closure. In SpeakCAD you describe the strap you will use and whether you want a name window, preview the tag free in the browser, refine the fit in the chat, then download the STL.
