Whoop 4.0 battery pack protective travel case

A hard case for the Whoop 4.0 slide-on battery pack, the small rectangular block that is easy to crush in a gym bag, roughly 40 x 27 x 12 mm depending on revision. The pack sits in a 41 x 28 x 13 mm pocket with a foam-free friction fit, the hinged lid snaps shut with a 0.15 mm lip, and a 6 mm loop lets it hang on a key ring or bag zip. There is a 12.5 x 7 mm cut-out so the USB-C cable can charge the pack while it is inside. Walls are 1.8 mm and the case prints open side up.

Whoop changes the pack shape between generations and a downloaded case may be for the 3.0. In SpeakCAD you type the measurements of your pack, preview the case free in the browser, add a slot for a spare strap in the chat, then download the STL.
